North Star Property Services was founded by Blair Horan. Blair was born with an entrepreneurial spirit and continues to study Entrepreneurship and Finance at the University of St. Thomas. 
 

After a successful 6 years of business in California, Blair started North Star Property Services after moving to Minnesota. The concept emerged from a desire to offer comprehensive and reliable property services throughout all seasons, ensuring that clients could trust a single company for all their lawn care, landscaping, and snow removal needs.
